Craig Huber founded Huber Research Partners in January 2012. Mr. Huber is a research analyst covering media stocks with a focus on U.S. newspapers, broadcasting, advertising agencies, online help wanted and internet, credit rating agencies, and commercial printing. Previously, Mr. Huber was a Managing Director at Access 342 covering most of the same stocks from 2009 through 2011, and prior to that a Director and research analyst at Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers covering the U.S. publishing and advertising services industries from 2004 to 2009. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Huber was ranked #1 in Institutional Investor's All-America Research Team poll in the publishing and advertising agencies category and was runner-up in 2005. According to Financial Times/StarMine, Mr. Huber was ranked #1 in overall stock picking across all sectors (out of approximately 1,800 sell-side analysts) in 2009. Prior to Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers, Mr. Huber was in Morgan Stanley's equity research department, where he spent over nine years following the publishing group. He also worked at Kidder Peabody as a research associate on the athletic footwear, sporting goods, and toy team for nearly two years. Mr. Huber earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from the University of California, Davis.
Douglas Arthur joined Huber Research in April 2015 and is a research analyst covering publishing, advertising, information services, and selective local media industries and related companies in that space. From 2010 to March 2015, Mr. Arthur was a sellside analyst at Evercore Partners and more recently was part of the Evercore ISI team. Previously, Mr. Arthur spent three years in the hedge fund industry covering global media, internet, and telecom at Three Chopt Capital Management and running Redhawk Capital Management. From 1994 to 2006, Mr. Arthur was a Managing Director and equity research analyst covering the publishing stocks at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he was an equity research analyst at the former Kidder, Peabody for 13 years. Mr. Arthur has been on Institutional Investor's "All-America Research Team" and achieved top 3 ranking in the Greenwich Consultants survey numerous times. Mr. Arthur, a chartered financial analyst (CFA), received a B.A. in both Art History and History from Colgate University. He served for many years as head of the Media and Entertainment Analysts of New York (MEANY).
Lisa Greenberg joined Huber Research Partners in March 2012 as a research analyst covering media stocks with a focus on U.S. newspapers, broadcasting, advertising agencies, online help wanted and internet, credit rating agencies, and commercial printing. Previously she helped to found LTVtrade, an alternative asset electronic trading company between 2008 and 2012. Prior to LTVtrade, Ms. Greenberg worked as a consultant to asset management and capital markets firms. From 2004 to 2006, she worked at Barclays in the corporate development group, developing, and executing company growth strategies. She also worked as an investment banker between 1999 and 2004, focused primarily on M&A for financial institutions. Ms. Greenberg earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
